Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to all 50 US states. No minimum purchase 
required.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location, carrier, 
and current shipping volume. Remote areas may take longer. You'll receive a 
tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers
We ship through major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection 
is based on weight, location, and delivery speed.

Addresses
We ship to all addresses within the 50 US states, including Puerto Rico and US 
territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Delays
While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to weather, carrier 
issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays 
caused by carriers or third parties.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, 
please contact us immediately at support@petszora.com with photos or tracking 
information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or resend your order.

Signature Required
Most orders do not require a signature. However, orders exceeding a certain value 
may require signature on delivery.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use 
this to track your package in real-time with the carrier.
