Refund policy

30-Day Return Guarantee
We stand behind every product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you 
can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What Can Be Returned?
Items must be:
• In resalable condition (unused or minimally used)
• Not damaged, stained, or unsanitary
• Include original packaging if possible

What Cannot Be Returned?
Items that cannot be returned include:
• Used or heavily worn items
• Damaged or stained items
• Items without proof of purchase
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return
To return an item:
1. Contact us at support@petszora.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back to us (shipping cost is your responsibility unless item is defective)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and 
inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is 
issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it or refund it at 
no cost to you. Please contact us immediately at support@petszora.com with 
photos of the damage.

Refund Amount
Refunds include the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable 
unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or want a different color/size, please contact us 
and we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
